The electronic invoicing application has been updated to allow for the registration of the company’s tax details and to facilitate the issuance and receipt of invoices from clients. These invoices are generated through the Billing system and submitted to the On-Line Invoicing portal in accordance with the approved integration requirements. Additionally, it is now possible to upload financial sector invoices directly using Excel files.

The system also supports querying invoice status, re-submitting or even canceling it, also, recording debit or credit notes, and receiving invoices from suppliers. Suppliers can print electronic invoices, among other features, ensuring full compliance with the portal’s integration standards.
